Navayuga Engineering Company Limited in various construction related arbitrations and proceedings ancillary thereof in relation to various highway and infrastructure construction projects including:

(i) Arbitration before Delhi High Court Arbitration Centre with sub-contractor in relation to construction of Geeta Colony Bridge at Delhi;

(ii) Proceedings in objection and execution of Arbitration Award against NOIDA Authority in relation to project for construction of Mahamaya Flyover and Film City Flyover at Noida, Rapid Metro Project;

(iii) Arbitration against Unitech Hi-Tech in relation to claims towards bills and idling of a housing project at Noida.

(iv) Claim against IL&FS with respect to piling work at Rapid Metro at Gurugram

Landowners in arbitration proceedings with Emaar India Limited in relation to a 50-acre commercial development project at Gurugram, Haryana involving claims worth INR 3000 crores.
