Mohit Jolly

Chambers of Mohit Jolly were established by Mr. Mohit Jolly, Advocate in January 2019.

Mr. Mohit Jolly is a seasoned corporate advisory and dispute resolution lawyer with over 20 years of experience. He completed his LL.B. (Hons.) from Amity Law School, Delhi in 2005 and holds a Post Graduate Diploma in International Trade & Business Law from the Indian Society of International Law, New Delhi.

He began his practice in 2005 under the mentorship of Sh. Amarjit Singh Chandhiok, Senior Advocate, and has worked with leading law firms including J. Sagar Associates and Trilegal. He later founded Imperia Law, a full-service law firm, where he headed the Disputes Practice.

Mr. Jolly advises domestic and international clients on commercial and corporate disputes, real estate, and regulatory matters, with particular focus on the energy, infrastructure, telecommunications, and broadcasting sectors. 

He regularly appears before the Supreme Court of India, High Courts, NCLT/NCLAT, and various tribunals, and also acts as an Arbitrator before the Delhi International Arbitration Centre (DIAC) and is also and empaneled Arbitrator with the Institutional and Industrial Dispute Resolution Centre (IIDRC).

He is widely recognised for his strategic, commercially pragmatic advice, particularly in complex disputes and clean energy projects.
